MEPCO CEO Asked for Prompt Resolution of All Online Complaints

In the winter season, we have fewer complaints as compared to the summer. Although, voltage fluctuation is going on in different areas of Lahore which is unusual during this period of the year.
In Summer, almost all regions and districts are affected by load-shedding, line fluctuations, low voltage, and line/non-line faults. All DISCO strive hard to resolve these complaints being stayed within their resources and budget but complaints are more than resources.
Engineer Mahar Allah Yar Bharwana, the CEO of MEPCO, has issued directives for the immediate resolution of all online complaints made through the Customer Complaint Management System (CCMS), Roshan Pakistan Portal, and Federal Complaint Cell (FCC).
He gave orders to immediately address a variety of billing, transformer, power theft, line fault, supply of new connections, low voltage, installation of new transformers, replacement of damaged and burned meters, tripping, and other electricity-related concerns.
