You are no longer required to visit the head office or customer service center for LESCO complaints because now they can all be registered from anywhere within a few seconds over the call or through an online portal.
WAPDA/LESCO Customer service representatives at the LESCO call center can now register your complaints online and avoid long queues to get it done quicker than ever!
Some time ago, if you ever wanted to complain about anything from the electricity fluctuation to not receiving any bills hard copies on time; all this had to be done face-to-face with company executives who may have been hundreds of miles away just for them.
But now this is no longer required because everything has changed to online.
LESCO Complaint Registration Guidelines
If you have any complaints regarding one of the below:
- Metering Or Net Metering
- Billing
- Collection of tariff

If you’ve had a bad experience with LESCO, let them know by filling out their complaint registration form and submitting it online.
All fields marked “*” must be filled for your issue to be considered valid – as they say on the company website: “All information given must be accurate so we can investigate claims properly.”
Select your complaint type from the drop-down menu. Enter LESCO Bill’s Reference Number to lodge a formal report with them!
All of this information will be needed including Name, Address Phone/email address, and more so make sure it’s accurate before submitting. Click “Submit” for now or click “Reset” if you want everything back at default values later on down the line.
